Have served as part-time CFO for the past 3 years. Duties include managing the financial reporting and compliance for the domestic parent company and 3 foreign subsidiaries. Responsible for streamlining the multi-state and international reporting process resulting in 40% savings in outside professional fees.   Automatic Laundry Service Company, Inc. Have served as part-time CFO since 1997 during which time revenues have increased over 100%. Responsible for all financial matters within the company, including: financial reporting and compliance, budgeting, bank financing, system automation, etc.   BancWare, Inc. Served as part-time Controller for over 6 years. During this time, the company grew more than six-fold, was acquired by SunGard Data Systems, made two acquisitions, and added business units in London and Switzerland. Issues dealt with included forecasts, due diligence processes, national sales tax compliance, complex commission and bonus plans, software revenue recognition, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and integration of business units into consolidated financial reporting structure. Exited in favor of a full-time CFO.   New England Conservatory of Music. Have provided financial analysis services since 1999. Developed a budgeting system that for the first time modeled salaries, captured seasonal variation in revenue and expenses, greatly expanded the scope of financial analysis possible. Developed the first long-range planning model and a comprehensive projection and tracking system for the current capital campaign.
